As Partner, Firm Operations, Jena leads Parker Remick’s non-consulting teams and oversees the technology, data, and financial systems that support the firm’s work. She brings 15 years of leadership experience across cybersecurity, financial services, and telecommunications, giving her a practical understanding of complex, high-stakes service environments.
Jena’s work focuses on making Parker Remick’s operations more effective, consistent, and scalable. She improves the systems and processes that shape the experience of clients, candidates, and internal teams. By combining thoughtful use of technology with disciplined execution, she helps the firm deliver search work with greater clarity, reliability, and impact.
Her leadership supports Parker Remick’s ability to place transformative executives who help clients improve their performance over the long term.
Jena holds a Master’s degree from Oregon Health & Science University and a Bachelor’s degree from George Fox University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and pets. She can often be found cooking or tasting Washington State wines.
