Grant primarily advises early- and growth-stage companies on searches for engineering and product management leaders. His clients include CloudZero, Customer.io, Instacart, OctoAI, Overjet, Productboard, Skydio, Swoogo, and VTS, among others. Grant’s 70+ executive searches also include partnerships with major corporations such as Google, Square, and Walmart.

Grant joined Parker Remick as a research analyst in 2018, and ever since, he’s approached his searches with a data-driven mindset and a written-first culture. In addition to his consulting role, he manages our associate team, mentoring budding consultants and ensuring strong delivery on candidate research & candidate experience.

Grant earned a B.A. in Political Science with honors at Yale University and later worked as a Yale admissions officer. After hours, Grant enjoys writing about the Seattle Mariners (lamenting their World Series drought all the while), serving as a Yale Alumni Schools Committee Director, and hiking with his wife in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
