About Rob
As Chairman and the firm’s most senior operating Partner, Rob guides Parker Remick’s long-term strategy. He co-founded the U.S. business in 2000, establishing key relationships in Silicon Valley and beyond. With over two decades of expertise, he has advised clients on executive searches across critical leadership roles, specializing in disruptive technologies like AI, quantum computing, fintech, and large-scale computing infrastructure.
On a more personal note, Rob met his better half, Amy, in 1993 in the Pacific Northwest where they settled and now live an active life with their children. He runs, lifts, mountain bikes, and plays squash to keep fit and keep up.
Rob values close family ties and other lasting relationships. He stays connected with childhood chums, enjoys a 25-year partnership with Kevin (“Uncle Kevin” to the kids), and has kept client partnerships that began before Apple released the iPhone!
Rob holds an A.B. in Political Science from Kenyon College and a J.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology. His interests in political philosophy and law continue.
