Jessica is the Director of Operations and IT and also manages the Recruiting Coordinator, Data Entry and Research teams at Parker Remick. With her expertise in program, project, and change management, she is a constant driver of innovation and efficiency across the firm. Jessica enjoys working behind-the-scenes with data and metrics to inform workflow changes and drive continuous improvement. As part of PR’s executive leadership team, she is responsible for collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our systems, tools, and processes support and enhance the entire firm.

Jessica enjoys many activities outside of work including gaming, yoga, sailing, and hiking. Recently, she has also started taking art classes and enjoys spending rainy days putting together jigsaw puzzles.
