As needed, we advise clients on the design of the candidate experience. We help flag common pitfalls and discretely alert hiring managers about unintended impacts. Determined Effort: Every employee at Parker Remick is (literally) committed to going the extra mile to identify and attract a diverse pool of outstanding candidates for each client project. We develop alternate profiles and inclusive job descriptions; clarify hiring standards; widen recruitment circles; use structured interviews and objective assessments; create scorecards; and use other methods that foster merit and reduce bias. Continuous Learning: We continue to learn hands-on from the practices of world-leading clients and candidates.
