Paolo joined Parker Remick in 2021 and is a Principal Analyst with expertise across many functions and markets. Paolo thrives when crafting and executing research strategies for companies seeking to accelerate their long-term technology initiatives. He has completed C-Level searches across Engineering, Product, and Operations, and has supported searches for Walmart, HelloFresh, Hershey, and Google – as well as many companies in the portfolios of a16z, Sequoia, Index Ventures, and others.

Outside of work, Paolo is likely listening to music from all over the world. In addition to having an ear for global tunes, Paolo is also the resident film fanatic, with particular interest in indie/international flicks. Paolo has a B.A. in Film Studies from Connecticut College.
