Hartleigh is a Board Member and Advisor for the firm. She spent three years as Parker Remick’s Managing Partner, coming to Parker Remick with over 20 years of experience leading successful organizations and advancing the application of technology to increase revenue and support people. As a former executive, Hartleigh has a deep appreciation of our clients’ needs from advisors, and the challenges clients face as they go through their growth journey.

A graduate of West Point, with an MBA from Columbia University, Hartleigh brings a unique perspective on talent development and on growth strategy. An adventure enthusiast, she can be found hiking the King at Crystal Mountain in the winter and trekking around Lake Chelan in summer.
