Parker Remick is excited to welcome back Mikelle Masciantonio
as Partner.

Mikelle brings a rare combination of venture capital talent
leadership and hands-on executive search expertise. Most
recently at Craft Ventures, she built the firm’s engineering,
product, and design (EPD) practice from the ground up. She
partnered directly with founders on leadership hiring, drove
nearly 30 executive placements, and helped dozens more
portfolio companies scale their teams.

Her background also includes senior search roles at Tillman
Carlson, Morgan Samuels and prior to her role at Craft
Ventures, here at Parker Remick.

Mikelle will focus on executive searches across EPD for early- and growth-stage startups.

She will deepen our partnerships with investors and founders, bringing the clarity and precision required to solve pivotal hiring decisions.
